The Mary Kay year is almost at an end. Did you have a plan for this past year? If you did, do you remember what it was? So many times we are so excited at the beginning of the year and we have such grand dreams of things we want to accomplish. The world is your oyster and everything is possible. Continuing with our last conversation about organizing your life, let’s take a look at what your actual day looks like. Have you heard about the really cool thing that Mary Kay has called the Weekly Plan Sheet? Do you use it? I bet most of you don’t. It really does make a difference to see your week at a glance. I also recommend putting it on your fridge. It helps your family to see your weekly plan as well so they aren’t “surprised” when you have an appointment or attend your weekly sales event.

Second – Grab a few colored pencils or markers. You’ll want pastel colors so it will be easy to see your writing.

In our last conversation we talked about the fact that you aren’t just managing your time, you are managing your life. Life doesn’t just happen, either you schedule it or someone else does and everyone has the same amount of time in their day, it’s what you do with it that matters.
Now, let’s look at what you need to schedule. What is important to you? What makes you excited? Don’t just answer quickly, really think about it. What is your goal in Mary Kay? Are you just a part time consultant that just wants to be part time or are you looking to move up to Director, Executive Director, National Sales Director? Whatever your current position, you can always move up. Is that your goal?
